After you've made an appointment one of our customer service specialist will give you a call within 24hours. During the call we will answer any questions you have and ensure that everyone in on the same page we can also schedule a time for an In person walkthrough of your home.
(This is optional but preferred) The purpose of the walkthrough is to make sure both your and our expectations are the same, we can also discuss specifics of your cleaning and entry details if you won't be home while our pros are cleaning.
